Boutique Wines Asia started in April of 2010.

Together with both Cottini and Bergamaschi Italian families, João Gago, Portuguese,

founded the company’s project, a one-of-a-kind dream to bring premium boutique

wines to Asia. BwA is a wine importer and distributor company in

Mainland China, focusing on brand building strategies to expand in the market.

In August 2014, the Compañía Vinícola Norte de España – CVNE, became

the majority shareholder of the company. BwA focuses now on taking its business

to the next step in the import and distribution of top quality wine in China.

BwA it's part of the CVNE group (Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España)，Since 2023，We mainly import and distribute all cvne family owed brands and wines.
